Tasmanian Legislation Transfer Course

This course is required for those who hold an interstate qualification and are wishing to transfer their license to Tasmania. It will cover:

• Prepare to work with real estate trust accounts
• Access and interpret legislation in real estate

Course Delivery

Candidates will be required to access their course resources via their REIT’s learning hub.

Online Learning: $499 members, $699 non-members.

The Tasmanian Legislation Transfer Course is offered online for a fee of $499 for members and $699 for non-members.

All online learning program requirements must be completed within 3 months of course enrolment, with no refund available once purchased. Please be aware that the online learning version of the course is entirely self-paced, and that it is the candidate’s responsibility to ensure that all course requirements are completed within the three-month time frame.

Assistance from tutors is available for online learning candidates at an additional cost. The cost for tutoring is $155 (inc GST) per hour or part thereof (a minimum 1hr charge). Candidates requiring tutoring will need to make an appointment through the REIT by emailing reit@reit.com.au.

Enrolling

Prior to enrolment you must ensure that you read and understand all the additional documents relating to your enrolment with the REIT. It’s a learner’s responsibility to understand the requirements of the program prior to enrolling.
