Early in his career, Russell gained insights and understanding to the real estate industry, with advertising roles at The Advocate and later for Domain.com.au. His real estate career began in 2017, he completed his Diploma of Property Services soon after, holding a Real Estate Agent licence from 2019 and became a director of the business. In 2020, Russell joined the REIT Southern branch and then REIT state board in 2021. Russell currently is the General Manager of Harrison Agents Hobart, a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Deputy Mayor at the Glenorchy City Council.

Michael is a practicing real estate agent based in Launceston. Michael entered the industry in 1978 and has been predominately selling residential property in and around Launceston ever since. Around 1980 Michael became involved in the REIT Northern Branch in roles such as secretary/treasurer and president before joining the REIT board approximately 8 years ago. He also has a keen interest in all forms of auctioneering and enjoys being involved in the running of the REIT annual senior auctioneer competition.

Meeting and socializing with colleagues from around the state over many years has always been a highlight for Michael and a great way to keep in touch with market trends throughout the state.

Adrian was born and raised in Hobart and has worked in the Tasmanian real estate industry since 1990. He is the CEO and one of the founders of View Real Estate which is an independent agency comprising seven sales and property management offices across Tasmania. Adrian’s real estate experience covers a broad range including residential sales, property management and commercial sales including hotels and motels. He is also an accomplished auctioneer having spent a number of years as a full-time auctioneer within his own business specialising in plant and equipment and asset sales for local councils and finance companies. Adrian is a licenced Real Estate Agent, Board Member of the Real Estate Institute of Tasmania as well as a past President of the REIT having served in that role for four years. He also sits on the national Board being the Real Estate Institute of Australia and has recently finished three years as the national President. He is both an Associate and Fellow of the REIA and also sits on the Property Agents Board which is the regulatory authority in Tasmania.

Ananda is the current REIT Northern Branch President and State Board member since 2017. Prior to establishing Key2 Property in Launceston, Ananda was consistently awarded Sales Agent of the Year in one of Tasmania’s largest Agencies and was nominated as Tasmania’s representative for the Real Estate Institute of Australia’s Achievement Award. Chris McGregor joined the Real Estate Industry in 1986. Chris was the Managing Director of First National Real Estate McGregor from 1994 until June 2020 when he merged with 4ONE4 Property Co. Chris has served on the Real Estate Institute of Tasmania (REIT) Board since 1989 and was elected State President from 1998 – 2000. He also served on the Real Estate Institute of Australia Board. Chris is a REIT Trainer and Auctioneer. Chris is currently the National Australian Vice President for FIABCI. Chris is a Fellow of the Real Estate of Institute of Australia. Chris was the 2009 Recipient of the Prestigious John Greig Trophy for Service to the Real Estate Industry and the 2022 REIT AFE Presidents Award. Chris is also a Life Member of the Real Estate Institute of Tasmania.

David Russell is a director and a property consultant at Harcourts Burnie. The Harcourts philosophy is what first attracted David to the company. David had a diverse career path before deciding to come to Tasmania from Victoria in 1977. He was the manager of a hotel in Burnie for 10 years before finding his niche in real estate.
