	Tanja Lee CEO, The Evolution Agents Tanja Lee helps real estate leaders and teams de-stress, perform at their peak, and amplify their influence, using proven principles of neuroscience, NLP, leadership and wellness. Since niching her coaching practice into real estate in 2014, she’s become an REB multi-award-winning industry influencer, working with over 200 brands and coaching thousands of property professionals internationally. An International Speaker, Master NLP Practitioner Trainer and Neuro Change Solutions Consultant personally certified by Dr Joe Dispenza, Tanja brings 35 years’ experience helping leaders and organisations achieve extraordinary growth. She lives in Country Victoria with her husband, Dr Matt, and their two dogs.
	Linda Gulabovska Department Manager, Right Choice Real Estate Linda Gulabovska is a respected property management leader, trainer, and speaker with more than three decades of industry experience, having worked in property management since 1992 across both social housing and private residential housing.   As Department Manager at Right Choice Real Estate, Linda has led and mentored her property management team for the past 15 years, successfully achieving more than 160% organic growth in the rent roll while building a culture focused on leadership, accountability, and service excellence.   Linda holds her Cert IV as a Trainer & Assessor and has contributed to the development of future industry professionals through her work assessing up and coming Real estate agents through the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales. Most recently Linda collaborated with two respected industry leaders to develop and deliver a highly successful NCAT Workshop, equipping property management professionals with the knowledge and confidence to navigate tribunal proceedings.   Her keynote, “Find My Tribe”, draws on a deeply personal journey. From living in 21 different houses before the age of 17, to facing a rare cancer diagnosis in 2019, to leading teams through growth and change. Through these experiences, Linda shares powerful lessons on resilience, leadership, networking, and the importance of finding the right people who help us grow, both personally and professionally.
