Pets in Rentals

The REIT will be conducting information sessions across the state for the upcoming Pets in Rentals Legislation enactment.

The training session will cover:

• Legislation overview
• Pet request approval process
• Pet request declined process
• TASCAT hearing application and procedure for declined pets
• Breach notices for unapproved pets
• RealForms updated leases
• New templates for approved and declined pet requests
• PAB complaints and response processes

Sessions will be capped at 30 attendees. Each training session is the same and no need to attend multiple on the same day.
