Candice Whinnett – Commercial Property Training Facilitator
Candice Whinnett brings a wealth of experience in real estate, spanning residential and commercial sales, franchise development, property management, and business growth.
Candice commenced her career in residential sales in Launceston, Tasmania, during the launch of Harcourts in the state. As the Harcourts franchise expanded, she transitioned into the role of State Trainer, playing a pivotal role in agent development and business growth. Recognising the opportunity to introduce a commercial franchise within the residential network, Candice launched NAI Harcourts, successfully integrating commercial property services into the brand.
In 2015, Candice sold her business, which had grown to a portfolio of 375 tenancies, marking a significant milestone in her career. During her time in Tasmania, she also served as a board member and commercial trainer for the Real Estate Institute of Tasmania (REIT), further cementing her expertise in the commercial sector.
In 2016, Candice moved to Queensland and acquired a Ray White franchise, later rebranding it to Code Property Group. Under her leadership, the business expanded to a team of 23 professionals and 960 properties under management, solidifying its reputation as a market leader.
Her entrepreneurial vision continued with the 2022 launch of Greenhouse Property; a sales transaction platform designed for independent agents. This innovative model enables agents to focus on growing their sales business while “warehousing” their rent rolls under the Code Property Group brand as they scale.
With extensive experience across both residential and commercial real estate, franchise development, and business scaling, Candice is an exceptional facilitator, offering practical insights and strategic guidance to professionals looking to excel in the commercial property sector.
