You’re very busy and getting lots done, but the work and priorities are never-ending.  How will you ever get on top of it all without working 24/7? This online course will show you how! Take the time to sit and reflect on some classic productivity techniques that will help you to achieve more whilst working less.

You’ll be taught some of the classic productivity techniques that have been proven over time including:

Eat that frog! Your frog is the task that will have the greatest impact on achieving your goals, and the task that you are most likely to procrastinate starting. Learn how to identify your frog and how to overcome your reluctance to get it done.

The urgent and important matrix. All activities can be placed somewhere in the urgent and important matrix.  Use this matrix to determine what activities should be given the highest priority, and which are mere interruptions that should be avoided.

SMART goals. Learn how to identify and set appropriate goals for yourself using the SMART method (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Timed).
