The first half of the day looks at the stress response, recognising signs and symptoms, how they affect the body and the brain which subsequently changes thoughts and emotions. Once we find out how stressed you are then get ready for the second half of the day which will provide you with loads of practical evidence based strategies to    implement to reduce your stress levels!  You will leave with a workbook full of practical examples which you have completed during this session which can help you feel less stressed and more resilient personally and   professionally (and you might have some fun learning about you along the way!).
