This is a 4 hour course.
This workshop provides you with the skills to improve your understanding of the way your client thinks and makes decisions. It also helps you identify areas of your life that are missing out due to the hectic workload and demands within the industry.
The course covers two sections, one about your client and the other about you.
In section one you will learn the four types of people who you encounter daily and the type of information they will require from you. Learn how to use this information to influence clients to give you an advantage over your opposition. Within this section you will be introduced to the 4 steps in a ‘Buying Strategy” which we all use without knowing, however understanding it will give you the edge over your opposition.
The second section is all about you and breaks down many facets of your life and how being busy impacts on those. This is far more than just a Goal Setting exercise as it incorporates many different strategies together to help get to a great outcome. The key objective that you can gain from this workshop is to know what you really want to achieve and to understand how easily it may be obtained.
