NATIONALLY ACCREDITED TRAINING
The Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management) CPP50307 is a nationally recognised qualification and is the minimum requirement for registration as a real estate agent in Tasmania.
The Real Estate Institute of Tasmania (REIT) is proud to offer the Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management) CPP50307. Recently endorsed to reflect current industry practices and trends, this extensive course covers all you need to know to manage or open a business, become a partner or simply further your professional development.
Students are able to work through their qualification at their own pace through either by face to face training or by distance learning. Students who have been in the industry for some time and have the relevant experience may apply for recognition of prior learning.
Candidates must have at least two years industry experience before completion of the Diploma. Candidates must also possess an adequate written and verbal grasp of the English language, suitable to the AQF level, and the Employability Skills of the qualification they are undertaking. The Cost of the full Diploma is generally around $5500 depending on the delivery mode and electives selected.
