Commercial Sales

This course will provide an overview on how to appraise commercial property for sale. The calculations will represent both tenanted and vacant buildings and explain the difference between a gross and net return.

The methods of appraisal covered will include Capitalisation, Direct Comparison, Summation and how to calculate a weighted average lease expiry.
