Manage People Performance


 

This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to manage the performance of staff who report to them directly.

 

This course will cover the following:

  • Developing performance indicators and a performance management system for the workplace
  • Techniques in providing feedback and coaching for improvement in performance
  • Knowledge of relevant awards and certified agreements.

 

Upon completion students will be able to:

  • Allocate work
  • Assess performance
  • Provide feedback
  • Manage follow up
